I did that once! And Eric's eyeballs are so much bigger than mine, so it hurt like the Dickens. I couldn't figure out what was going on, and for a few seconds I'd be able to stop blinking and wincing in pain, and then I'd realize that I still couldn't see a single thing. Then I took it out and felt really dumb.
